Flare and fuel added to the game
Though it doesn't do much yet, the flare has been added to the game. The flare will be a OHKO on most normal enemies and your only way of hurting most bosses.
More importantly though, fuel has been added as a mechanic. Without fuel, most of your abilities won't work, most notably the Drill Dash, the Flare, and the not-yet-implemented Hoverboard.
The current thought is that you'll only be able to refuel at your spawn point, forcing you to carefully weigh the cost and benefit of using your abilities or whether you'd rather save the fuel for something later. Worst case though, you can always just warp back to your spawn point and conserve your fuel better next time...
This build also fixes a bug with the spin jump that caused it to not really ever activate that was introduced as a side effect of the implementation of the Drill Dash preventing you from entering a spin jump when jumping out of it.
